Make sure you do these things before we arrive to save you time and money:

• Remove any CDs or DVDs from their respective drives
• Locate all the disks that came with your computer. Pay special attention to the operating system disk and the manufacturers' disks.
• Write down all of the problems you're having with the computer.
• Remove any pesky animals that may cause problems with the technician
• Have fresh baked cookies prepared (optional)

Make sure you do these things before bringing the computer to us:

• Remove any CDs or DVDs from their respective drives
• Unhook all the wires from the back of the main tower (and if you need to, label them as well!)
• Locate all the disks that came with your computer. Pay special attention to the operating system disk and the manufacturers' disks.
• Write down your contact information
